Honestly, every fast food sausage patty I've eaten has tasted the same, salty with a bit of pepper. Wendy's Sausage Biscuit does not buck the trend. Mines in particular did come with a Frescuit instead of a biscuit because they ran out of biscuits.
I'm pretty sure they must all source their sausage patties from the same company. Anyway, no surprises here but still its comfort food in the morning and about 99 cents on their breakfast value menu so it won't break the bank.It might be a little better than the Jimmy Dean's you buy in the freezer aisle and you don't have to eat the rest of them before they go bad...

Wow, you keep getting Frescuits all the time when you visit Wendys! The Wendys you go to should think about producing more biscuits due to this...
ReplyDeleteSurprisingly, Chick Fil A's sausage is the best for my money. It has a much more spicy flavor (not heat spicy, just spice-spicy)
ReplyDeleteBut it's almost impossible for me to get a sausage biscuit there when there is a Chick Fil A Chicken Biscuit option.
The biscuits are better now, sausage seems about the same.
