News: NBC to Debut America's Next Great Restaurant

So NBC is debuting "America's Next Great Restaurant," a new reality show/contest on March 16th where the contestants pitch their restaurant concept in hopes of winning (and having the judges invest in) their very own restaurant chain based on their concept.

The four judges are Iron Chef Bobby Flay, Chipotle founder Steve Ells, and two other people I've never heard of: Australian chef Curtis Stone (he competed on "The Celebrity Apprentice" and also appears on "The Biggest Loser" and the "TODAY" show) and Latin chef/restauranteur Lorena Garcia (Telemundo!).

The show is produced by Magical Elves, the same group behind "Project Runway" and "Top Chef."

The preview trailer includes vegetarian Indian food, sauced meatballs, grilled cheese sandwiches, and chicken and waffles.

Personally, I'd like to see a quick and cheap fast casual Indian chain because it really hasn't been done and I want to eat some quick and cheap fast casual Indian food without having to drive very far.
