Review: Hostess - Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake

Hostess Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cakes come in a box of 8 individually-wrapped cakes each featuring a coffee cake with a cinnamon swirl topped with a sweet crumb or "streusel" topping.

The normal price on a box is around $3.99 but I picked this one up on sale for $2.50.

I liked this one. It takes pretty much like a coffee cake I once made except this one had a cinnamon swirl embedded in it.
The cake itself is soft, a bit spongy, and sweet. The streusel topping is mostly sugar and can make some bites slightly too sweet but still tasty.
The only negative I can point to is that some of the cakes can have a rather uneven distribution of cinnamon and topping with some bites having a lot of cinnamon flavor and sweetness while other bites have none. But other than that, good stuff!
