Review: H.K. Anderson - Peanut Butter Filled Nuggets

H.K. Anderson's Peanut Butter Filled Nuggets is something I found at my brother's house. He bought them from Costco and, although they are sometimes sold at other retailers, they aren't common at supermarkets in my area.

What I got was a small, .7-ounce bag of bite-size, peanut butter filled, salted pretzel nuggets.

These have peanut butter with a fair amount of moisture so you get that peanut butter creaminess rather than the Reese's peanut butter "cake."

I've tried Trader Joe's unsalted version and those were good too, but had a fair amount of broken pretzels in every bag (Trader Joe's sells them in clear bags). These were largely intact; I think they're not as brittle.

H.K. Anderson's Peanut Butter Filled Nuggets had just the right amount of salt to them plus a good mix of crispy pretzel paired with creamy peanut butter.

There's only about 6 small pretzel nuggets to a bag, but that's probably the right amount you're supposed to eat for a snack. Realistically though, it'd probably take at least two bags to stave off the hunger pangs until lunch or dinner.
