Review: Keebler - Fudge & Graham Sandwich Crackers

New Keebler Fudge & Graham Sandwich Crackers feature two graham crackers filled with a thin layer of fudge.

It's $3.19 for an 8-pack of individual-wrapped 1.27-ounce packages.

These are a different variation of the peanut butter cracker sandwiches that Keebler makes.

The graham crackers don't taste or feel very graham cracker-like. Instead, they have a smoother, crispy texture that reminds me of German brand Bahlsen's Hit biscuits.

The fudge layer is tasty enough, but it's also very thin. You can't even see the layer very well in a profile view.

Overall, Keebler Fudge & Graham Sandwich Crackers are a decent cracker/cookie snack, if a bit light on the graham and fudge. The individual packaging makes it easy to pack for a snack and portion control. I would prefer more of a traditional graham cracker though.
