Around the World: KFC Arabia - Buffalo Ranch Big Filler

If you've ever thought to yourself, "Gee, it'd be great if KFC made a sub/grinder sandwich..." Guess what... They do! ...Just not in the U.S. Looking to be almost a foot long, the Big Filler sandwich is available at KFC Arabia as well as in Pakistan. The tagline for the sandwiches is "everlasting size and taste!"

Currently, KFC Arabia has added a new Buffalo Ranch Big Filler which consists of four crispy-fried chicken breast strips, turkey ham, tomatoes, lettuce, Buffalo sauce, and ranch. There's also a smoky version with barbecue sauce instead of Buffalo sauce and ranch.
In Pakistan, they have a Big Filler Classic and a Big Filler Jalapeno. The Classic has four chicken strips, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese while the Jalapeno has four chicken strips, lettuce, jalapenos, and chili mayonnaise. The prices aren't listed for KFC Arabia, but in Pakistan, the sandwich will cost you 390 rupees or roughly $4.11 US.

A smaller, 9-inch version was offered in Australia back in 2008. That version was simply called the "KFC Filler" sans the "big."

Here's a commercial for the latest Big Filler:

  1. I wonder if we will ever see maddened mobs setting the vittles on fire or stamping them under-foot?
