News: Burger King Announces Fall 2013 Menu

Burger King is offering a pared down duo of limited-time menu items this fall compared to the menu barrage of last year. Included is the previously reported new $1 French Fry Burger and the returning Chicken Parmesan Sandwich.

The French Fry Burger will be introduced on September 1 and features a flame-broiled beef patty topped with French fries, lettuce, ketchup, and mayonnaise on a warm toasted sesame seed bun.

The Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is available now and comes with a crispy or grilled chicken breast, mozzarella and shaved Parmesan cheeses, and marinara sauce on an artisan-style bun.

In addition, Buffalo Chicken Strips continue from the summer and are available through October 27, 2013. The Fry Burger and Chicken Parmesan Sandwich will stick around until the end of the year.

  1. This made me check their menu on their website. It shows Buffalo Chicken Strips as a new product. I wonder if they are going national with these strips or if they are testing some markets.

  2. I could be wrong but it sounds like they're national.. my brother told me they weren't too spicy, but tasted okay. I haven't tried them yet myself.

  3. New or not the Buffalo Chicken Strips are horrible. Its better to order the regular strips and get Buffalo dipping sauce since it is the same thing. At least they stay crispy when you dunk them yourself.

  4. They were actually introduced as part of the summer menu along with the BBQ stuff but weren't featured prominently until very recently.
