News: Carl's Jr. - New Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwich

Carl's Jr. goes with the snickerdoodle for their latest iteration of the ice cream sandwich: the new Hand-Scooped Snickerdoodle Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich (or HSSCICS - pronounced "hiss sics" for short... That's a joke.).

Essentially a sugar and cinnamon-sprinkled sugar cookie, you'll find two snickerdoodles sandwiching a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the new ice cream sandwich.

The Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwich is available at a suggested price of $1.49 a piece (may vary). There's a 50-cents off coupon available on the Carl's Jr. website that's good through 3/9/14. You can also get one for free with the purchase of any Philly Cheesesteak Burger combo at participating Carl's

I actually tried these back when they were being tested last year (my review here).

So far, we've seen Carl's Jr. go with Oreos, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Pop-Tarts for the ice cream sandwich, but I'm still waiting for oatmeal (or oatmeal raisin)... or maybe peanut butter cookies with chocolate ice cream!
