News: Cookie Dough and Marshmallow Crispy Oreos Coming February

Nabisco is set to unleash two new, limited-edition flavors of the US's number one-selling cookie this February with the introduction of new Cookie Dough Oreos and Marshmallow Crispy Oreos.

In case you're wondering what a Marshmallow Crispy is, it's what they've chosen to call what most would know as a "Rice Krispy Treat."

They can't call it that though (at least not without having to come to some sort of agreement with Kellogg's, which owns the trademark for Rice Krispies).

Cookie Dough Oreos feature a cookie dough-flavored creme interspersed with chocolaty chips, sandwiched by regular chocolate Oreo wafers.

Marshmallow Crispy Oreos feature a marshmallow crispy-flavored creme with crisped rice cereal in it, sandwiched by Golden Oreo wafers.

Both will be sold in 12.2-ounce packages and will be available nationally in early February (although, they've already been spotted on shelves in some areas).
