Review: Lay's - Honey Barbecue Potato Chips

Lay's Honey Barbecue Flavored Potato Chips isn't stocked as widely as their other flavors (at least not in my area) but I see them here and there now and again.

I picked up a bag for $2.99.

Lay's Barbecue Flavored Potato Chips were the first barbecue-flavored chips I ate as a kid. The Honey Barbecue flavor is very similar but with a more definite sweetness to go with the smoky, slightly tangy notes. The savory barbecue taste even gives way to the familiar fried potato underneath for a nice finish.

Overall, if you like barbecue-flavor chips in general, Lay's Honey Barbecue Flavored Potato Chips probably won't disappoint. It's really the regular barbecue flavor with the sweetness pushed to the front without going overboard.
