Review: Pizza Hut - Stuffed Pizza Rollers

Pizza Hut's Stuffed Pizza Rollers featured rolled up pizza dough filled with mozzarella and pepperoni, sprinkled with Italian seasoning, and then baked.

It was $5.50 for an order of four, which comes with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping.

These are a little like scaled back, rolled up P'Zone. But while the P'Zone has more of an almost thin crust feel, these have a bread-like, hand-tossed quality to them. They're soft and airy within, but are baked to a nice, crispy crust without.

The Italian seasoning doesn't add much flavor but the cheese and pepperoni do the job, with a oozing creamy core and baked pepperoni flavor (i.e. no crisping or charring).

Overall, I liked Pizza Hut's Stuffed Pizza Rollers for what they were: fresh, hot, crusty breadsticks stuffed with melted mozzarella and pepperoni. It's about as good as it sounds and it sounds great to me.
