IHOP Introduces New Criss-Croissants

The folks at IHOP have combined waffles with croissants for new Criss-Croissants. The new breakfast items takes croissant dough and bakes it in a waffle iron for a distinctive criss-cross waffle pattern.

Basically, they're promising taste of a buttery, flaky croissant with a bit of waffle texture. Criss-Croissants come folded over one of two filling combinations:

- Blackberry Lemonade - lemonade cream topped with sweet blackberries

- Strawberry Rhubarb - sweetened cream cheese with a strawberry rhubarb topping.

IHOP's new Criss-Croissants are available for a limited time only at participating IHOP restaurants through April 5, 2015.
