Red Lobster Kicks Off "Big Festival of Shrimp" with Three New Dishes

Red Lobster's latest limited-time menu is the Big Festival of Shrimp, which features three new dishes: Wild-Caught Firecracker Red Shrimp, Creamy Shrimp-and-Cheese Linguini, and Bourbon-Brown Sugar Grilled Shrimp.

The special menu lets you choose two shrimp dishes from a selection of six for $15.99. Here's what you can expect:

- New Wild-Caught Firecracker Red Shrimp - Panko-crusted, wild-caught red shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy chili sauce.

- New Creamy Shrimp-and-Cheese Linguini - Shrimp and linguini tossed in a creamy Cheddar and Parmesan sauce, topped with toasted Parmesan panko.

- New Bourbon-Brown Sugar Grilled Shrimp - Wood-grilled shrimp brushed with a bourbon and brown sugar glaze.

- Hand-Crafted Garlic Shrimp Scampi - Shrimp oven-broiled in garlic butter sauce.

- Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp - Hand-dipped jumbo shrimp tossed in flaky coconut and then deep-fried.

- Garlic-Grilled Shrimp Skewer - A skewer of grilled shrimp brushed with a buttery garlic glaze.

The seafood dining chain has also added a few new seasonal sides and drinks:

- New Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms - Topped with bourbon brown butter.

- New Roasted Carrots and Butternut Squash - Also topped with a bourbon brown butter.

- New Blackberry Amaretto Sour - Fresh-muddled blackberries, Disaronno and Red Lobster's house sour mix

- New Spiked Sangria Splash - A white sangria blend of Jam Jar sweet white wine, Hennessy V.S, mango and passion fruit juices, and Red Lobster's house sour mix.
