Review: Subway - Gingerbread Cookie

Subway's Gingerbread Cookie is new and just here for the holidays (although past limited-time cookies like the Birthday Berry Cookie and Raspberry Cheesecake have made a habit of sticking around... at least, at select Subway stores).

I bought one for 60 cents but they can also be had at 3 for $1.25 (may vary).

News: Domino's - Half-Price Pizza This Week

Domino's is running a weeklong promotion they're calling Global Domino's Week (as in the promotion is valid in 42 of the countries that have Domino's locations including the US) and offering a 50% discount on the regular menu price of any pizza ordered online this week.

News: Dairy Queen - December 2013 Blizzard of the Month

December sees the Candy Cane Chill Blizzard returning to Dairy Queen as the Blizzard of the Month.

The Candy Cane Chill Blizzard consists of candy cane pieces and choco chunks blended into vanilla soft serve.

Review: Gingerbread Twix

Gingerbread Twix are a holiday flavor for the well-known cookie bars and feature a gingerbread-flavored caramel rather than actual gingerbread cookies.

News: Panera Bread - 2013 Holiday Menu

Panera Bread's holiday menu this year is anchored by the new Signature Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Chip Marshmallows and the new Fontina Grilled Cheese sandwich.

There's also new Chicken Tortellini Alfredo and Country Style Mushroom with Truffle Soup as well as some returning favorites.

News: Subway - December 2013 Featured $5 Footlong

Subway's $5 Featured Footlong returns this December, after a hiatus last month, with the Chipotle Chicken and Cheese.

The sub features a base of sliced, grilled chicken, a choice of melted cheese, and Chipotle Southwest Sauce plus you choice of veggies, bread, and condiments.

December is also Subway's Customer Appreciation Month and to celebrate, they're offering 6" Cold Cut Combo and Meatball Marinara Subs for a discounted $2 each.

M&M's White Chocolate Peppermint candies are a seasonal holiday twists on the popular chocolates. They appear to be a Target exclusive (I haven't spotted them anywhere else).

Starbucks' Pecan Tart is a new seasonal menu item featuring a buttery tart crust filled with pecans, honey, and spices.

It's served warmed and costs $2.95.

News: Dunkin' Donuts - 2013 Holiday Deals

Dunkin' Donuts has a couple of deals going for the holidays.

There's the currently available packaged coffee deal where you can buy three pounds of coffee for $19.99 either online or at participating Dunkin' locations (the deal doesn't start until December 2 for the New York Metropolitan area though). News: Chick-fil-A - Peppermint Shake is Back for Holidays

The Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake is back at Chick-fil-A for this holiday season.

The shake is made with Chick-fil-A's Ice Dream soft serve blended with their milkshake base, peppermint syrup, and dark chocolate peppermint pieces, topped with whipped cream and a cherry on top.

7-Eleven's Pepperoni Pizza is available at participating locations (namely those with an oven) and are heated right in the oven in about 90 seconds when you order a one.

I picked a large 14" pie up for $5.55. It's also available by the slice.

KFC is once again trotting out their Festive Feast meal deal for the holiday season. While not as festive as they offer in some other countries, the meal includes eight pieces of chicken, two large sides, four biscuits and a dozen chocolate chip cookies for $19.99.

Applebee's is featuring spirits to get you in the holiday spirit with the return of their Spirited Cuisine menu for a limited time.
