Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar, Shake Shack's Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake features pistachio frozen custard mixed with toasted kataifi (shredded phyllo) in a crackable dark chocolate shell, topped with chopped pistachios and more kataifi.
The new shake is now available at all US Shake Shack locations, excluding airports, stadiums, arenas, travel plazas, and museums (i.e., licensed locations), but only in limited quantities each day. It is only available for purchase in person.
If my experience trying to get a hold of the shake during its test phase was any indication (you can find my review of it here), you generally want to get there ahead of lunchtime to ensure getting one. I would also recommend calling ahead to inquire about the best times to obtain one. According to Shake Shack, nearly every location sold out of it daily during the test.
