The new cookies feature a chocolaty base with fudge chips and a red strawberry-flavored filling. The cookie is inspired by the Upside Down (an alternative dimension that's an eerie parallel to the story's main setting). The brand's first-ever fruit-flavored filling peeks through the cookie to represent the rift entrances to the Upside Down. Packages of the new cookies carry a suggested price of $5.79.
As part of the partnership, the brand will be releasing retro-inspired Original Chips Ahoy! packs the draw upon the look and feel of 1980s Chips Ahoy! packaging since that's when Stranger Things takes place.
The August 11th product launch will also be accompanied by an augmented-reality game with a chance to win limited-edition Stranger Things merchandise, including a Stranger Things Eddie Munson-inspired guitar (Eddie Munson is a character from the series).
The fifth and final season of Stranger Things kicks off on Netflix starting November 26, 2025.
