Crumbl Bakes New Caramelita Cookie and More Through May 23, 2026

Crumbl launches its new Caramelita Cookie as part of this week's limited-time lineup available from May 18 through May 23, 2026.

Here's what you can expect from this week's Crumbl rotating menu:

- New Carmelita Cookie - A warm cookie made of vanilla oat streusel, caramel, and chocolate, drizzled with more caramel.

- Blue Monster Cookie featuring Chips Ahoy! - A chilled cookie with brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and Chips Ahoy! cookie pieces, topped with light blue vanilla frosting and a mini Chips Ahoy! Cookie.

- Molten Lava Cookie - A warm dark chocolate cookie with a hot fudge center, dusted with powdered sugar.

- Lemon Cake - A two-tier cake layered with lemon curd and lemon cream cheese frosting, garnished with a fresh lemon slice.

This week's Thursday Thin is the Cookies & Cream Thin (available Thursday only). It's a thin and chewy chocolate cookie with cookies & cream pieces, drizzled with melted white drops.
