Sourdough Star Returns to Carl's Jr.

Carl's Jr. brings back its Sourdough Star for a limited time through September 1, 2026. The fast-food chain also updates its Build Your Own Bag meal deal and adds new Triple Berry beverages (mirroring sister chain Hardee's).

The Sourdough Star is promotionally priced at $5.99 for a Single (Double and Triple patty versions are also available) and features a charbroiled beef patty, melted American cheese, two bacon slices, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, classic sauce, and mayo on toasted sourdough bread.

The $5.99 Build Your Own Bag deal now includes a Bacon Cheeseburger (a charbroiled beef patty, bacon, American cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on a toasted plain bun) as one of the entree choices (joining the Single California Classic Cheeseburger, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Single Jalapeno Burger, and Single Cheeseburger. The meal deal also includes a choice of small Natural Cut Fries, onion rings, or chocolate cake, plus four Chicken Stars.

Carl's Jr.'s new Triple Berry beverages include Triple Berry Tea, Triple Berry Sparkler, and a Triple Berry Shake. Each features a triple berry-flavored syrup blended respectively with tea, Sprite, and a vanilla shake.

Also, as a promotion for dads and grads, Carl's Jr. is offering 15% off online gift card purchases of $25 or more for a limited time.
