The burger features chewy fried mochi with egg, cheese, bacon, and an "American-style sauce that offers a rich, flavorful taste and refreshing acidity" on a toasted bun. It's available with a single beef patty, a double beef patty, or a crispy chicken filet. A Jr. version is also offered.
Tsukimi means "moon-viewing" in Japanese and refers to the autumn harvest moon festivals around this time. Eggs represent the moon, and in Japanese folklore, there's a rabbit that lives on the moon and pounds mochi (the story is based on the moon's appearance in the night sky).
