Launching nationwide on November 3, 2026 (but already available in some locations), the 2026 holiday drink menu includes (prices are from my local McDonald's here in Los Angeles):
- Frosted Cranberry Splash with Sprite ($3.79) - Sprite infused with orange and cranberry flavors, topped with cold foam and cranberry sprinkles.
- Red Bull Frosted Cranberry Energizer ($4.99) - Red Bull energy drink mixed with orange and cranberry flavors, topped with cold foam and cranberry sprinkles. Available with classic Red Bull and Red Bull Zero.
- Cookie Butter Frappé, Latte, and Iced Coffee (starting at $4.79, $4.19, and $4.19, respectively) - The respective coffees mixed with cookie butter flavor, topped with caramel cookie crumbs and vanilla whip.
