Extra Value Meals are Back at McDonald's Starting September 8, 2025

Extra Value Meals are back at McDonald's restaurants nationwide starting September 8, 2025. The discounted combo meals include options for all dayparts with eight regular offerings and two limited-time specials: the $5 Sausage McMuffin with Egg Extra Value Meal and the $8 Big Mac Extra Value Meal.

The $5 Sausage McMuffin with Egg meal includes a Sausage McMuffin, hash browns, and a small coffee, while the $8 Big Mac Extra Value Meal includes a Big Mac, medium fries, and a medium fountain drink.

The regular Extra Value Meals lineup offers a 15% discount versus buying the listed items with fries and a drink separately and includes the following entree options:

• Sausage McMuffin with Egg
• Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddles
• Egg McMuffin
• Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit
• Big Mac
• 10-piece Chicken McNuggets
• Any variety Quarter Pounder burger (Original, Bacon, or Deluxe)
• Any variety McCrispy Sandwich (Original, Deluxe, or Spicy Deluxe)

McDonald's also reveals two new, limited-time Extra Value Meals to come in November: the $5 Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddles meal and the $8 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal.
