Taco Bell Tests New Cantina Fajita Menu

Taco Bell is considering a potential expansion of its Cantina Chicken Menu with its new Cantina Fajita test menu at participating locations in the Dallas, TX area.

The key feature of the menu is seasoned bell peppers and onions paired with either carne asada (steak) or slow-roasted chicken. As with the Cantina Menu, all items come with a packet of Avocado Verde Salsa. The Cantina Fajita menu includes:

- Cantina Fajita Bowl - A bed of seasoned rice topped with simmered black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, reduced-fat sour cream, seasoned bell peppers and onions, a three-cheese blend, Creamy Jalapeno sauce, and a double portion of carne asada or slow-roasted chicken. Two small warm flour tortillas are included on the side. It's priced at $7.99 with either protein option.

- Cantina Fajita Grilled Cheese Burrito - Seasoned rice, carne asada or slow-roasted chicken, seasoned bell peppers and onions, Creamy Jalapeno sauce, and a three-cheese blend, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and topped with a layer of grilled cheese. The suggested price for the burrito is $5.99.

- Cantina Fajita Grilled Soft Taco - A soft flour tortilla folded and grilled with carne asada or slow-roasted chicken, seasoned bell peppers and onions, Creamy Jalapeno sauce, and a three-cheese blend. It's priced at $3.49.

- Cantina Fajita Quesadilla - A large flour tortilla folded with carne asada or slow-roasted chicken, seasoned bell peppers and onions, Creamy Jalapeno sauce, and a three-cheese blend, and then grilled. It costs $6.49.

- Cantina Fajita Discovery Luxe Box - For $9, the box includes a Cantina Fajita Grilled Soft Taco (carne asada or slow-roasted chicken), Doritos Locos Taco, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium fountain drink.
