It's available for $5.69 or as part of a $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box. I went with the box for the value.
While Taco Bell calls the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla a "reimagining" of a classic quesadilla, it's more like a large (for Taco Bell) steak-and-cheese grilled burrito.
The new roasted poblano peppers held their own against the steak and cheese. While generally mild, a few bites were surprisingly spicy. They were cooked through but still retained some texture.
Without the normal filler of rice, chips, and/or beans, the Rolled Quesadilla made for one of the meatiest and cheesiest Taco Bell burritos I can remember eating. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the cheese was nicely melted.
The Spicy Ranch added a little bit of heat and some acidity.
While grilling the tortilla only retains some texture if you eat it on site, it adds a light toasty note.
Overall, Taco Bell's Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla turned out really well. I really enjoyed the poblanos and the general meat-and-cheese quality of the burrito... er, rolled quesadilla.
