Sonic Tests New Cold Coffee Lineup

Sonic looks to reinvigorate its coffee offerings with a limited-time test of its new cold coffee lineup at participating locations in Denver, CO; Grand Junction, CO; Joplin, MO; Las Vegas, NV; New York, NY; and Monroe, LA.

The new lineup includes:

- Iced Coffee - "Smooth, sweetened coffee poured over Sonic ice."

- Cold Foam Iced Coffee - Iced coffee topped with cold foam.

- Iced Coffee Latte - Iced coffee mixed with creamer and sugar. 

- Coffee Chiller - Vanilla soft serve blended with coffee, topped with whipped topping.

The new coffee beverages are available in 16-oz and 20-oz sizes. Prices start at $2.49. Each drink is available in four varieties: Original, Caramel, Vanilla, and Oreo.

The Caramel and Vanilla varieties of each drink add caramel syrup and vanilla syrup, respectively, but the Oreo version of each drinks varies a little: the Oreo Iced Coffee adds Oreo syrup; the Oreo Iced Coffee with Cold Foam adds Oreo syrup and Oreo cookie crumbles on top; the Oreo Iced Coffee Latte adds Oreo syrup and comes crowned with whipped topping and Oreo crumbles; and the Oreo Coffee Chiller blends in Oreo syrup and Oreo crumbles and tops it all with whipped topping and Oreo crumbles.
