Shamrock Shake and Oreo Shamrock McFlurry Return to McDonald's

Ahead of St. Patrick's Day 2026, the Shamrock Shake and Oreo Shamrock McFlurry have returned to the McDonald's menu for a limited time at participating locations nationwide.

The Shamrock Shake features vanilla soft serve blended with minty (and green) Shamrock syrup, topped with whipped cream. The Oreo Shamrock McFlurry, on the other hand, features vanilla soft serve mixed with Shamrock syrup and Oreo cookie pieces.

Prices vary, but a location here in Los Angeles charges $4.39 for a medium Shamrock Shake and $4.59 for a regular-size Oreo Shamrock McFlurry.
