Baskin-Robbins Churns Out New Banana Dulce de Leche Ice Cream and More

Baskin-Robbins launches new Banana Dulce de Leche ice cream as its March 2026 Flavor of the Month. Additionally, the ice cream parlor chain offers suitably green desserts for St. Patrick's Day, a new Custom Cake in a Box, and a $6 Banana Split Wednesday deal for rewards members.

Baskin-Robbins' Banana Dulce de Leche ice cream is inspired by banoffee pie (a portmanteau of "banana" and "toffee"). The limited-time flavor features frozen banana custard and brown butter ice cream with toffee pieces and dulce de leche swirls.

For St. Patrick's Day, the chain has a seasonal St. Patrick's Day ice cream cake as well as its regular-menu Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake and Pre-Packed Quarts. Through the end of the month, Baskin-Robbins Rewards members can redeem a deal for $5 off a cake of $35 or more.

Baskin-Robbins' new Custom Cake in a Box features your choice of cake, ice cream flavor, and toppings. It's a build-your-own option for the previously available Cake in a Box.

The $6 Banana Split Wednesday deal is available every Wednesday in March for Baskin-Robbins Rewards members at participating locations nationwide. Prices vary, but a Banana Split normally costs $9.29 at my local Baskin-Robbins location here in Los Angeles.
