Insomnia Cookies adds the new Jelly Donut Classic cookie as the late-night cookie bakery chain's latest limited-time flavor. The Jelly Donut Classic is joined by the return of the holiday-themed Jinglebread cookie.

Insomnia's Jelly Donut Classic is a soft, buttery cookie filled with raspberry jam and topped with sugar crystals.

The Jinglebread cookie features a cinnamon-spiced gingerbread cookie with a cream cheese filling, topped with sugar crystals.
