- Peppermint Mocha - Signature Espresso, steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint-flavored syrup, topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls. It's available hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
- Caramel Brulee Latte - Signature Espresso, steamed milk, and caramel brulee sauce, topped with whipped cream and caramel brulee topping. It's available hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
- Iced Sugar Cookie Latte - Blonde Espresso, ice, 2% milk, and sugar cookie-flavored syrup, topped with red and green sprinkles. It's available hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
- Iced Sugar Cookie Breve - A variant of the Iced Sugar Cookie Latte made with half-and-half instead of 2% milk. It's a customization option that made it onto the menu this year for ease of ordering.
- Iced Gingerbread Chai - Chai spices, 2% milk, and ice, topped with a gingerbread-flavored cold foam and a spice topping.
- Holiday Cold Foams - Four flavored cold foams can be added to a cold drink of your choice. They include:
- Gingerbread Cream Cold Foam - Gingerbread-flavored syrup blended with vanilla sweet cream.
- Peppermint Chocolate Cream Cold Foam - Peppermint-flavored syrup and mocha sauce blended with vanilla sweet cream.
- Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Foam - Sugar cookie-flavored syrup blended with vanilla sweet cream.
- Caramel Brulee Cream Cold Foam - Caramel brulee sauce blended with vanilla sweet cream. Not available as a non-dairy cold foam (since the sauce contains milk).
- New Cinnamon Pull-Apart - A new permanent menu item that features warm croissant pieces sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar, nestled together and topped with crunchy streusel.
- Snowman Cookie - A buttery, snowman-shaped shortbread cookie decorated with white chocolaty icing.
- New Polar Bear Cake Pop - A ball of vanilla cake whipped with buttercream, dipped in a white chocolatey icing, and decorated to look like a polar bear with a festive hat.
- Cranberry Bliss Bar - A blondie cake with dried cranberries topped with cream cheese icing flecked with orange zest and a sprinkle of dried cranberries.
Additionally, the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte will return later this season.
Finally, Starbucks will be celebrating Red Cup Day on November 13, 2025. On the day, if you purchase any handcrafted holiday beverage, you'll get a collectible reusable red cup for free. Update 11/12/2025 - "The grande (16-ounce) cup, made with 95 percent recycled material, features an illustration of the front of a Starbucks coffeehouse, hand-drawn by Starbucks designer Yvonne Chen."
