The new drink features original Red Bull energy drink (or Red Bull Zero) mixed with blue raspberry syrup and freeze-dried dragon fruit. The chain is also selling 8.4-oz cans of Red Bull at participating locations.
Prices vary, but a local McDonald's in Los Angeles charges $4.99.
