Crumbl Bakes New Creme Brulee Cookie and More

Crumbl is going with a "Tour of Europe" theme for its limited-time weekly menu available from August 17 through August 22, 2026. Here's what you'll find:

- New Creme Brulee Cookie (France) - A chilled brown sugar cookie partially rolled in turbinado sugar, topped with a torched creme brulee topping.

- New Cannoli Cookie (Italy) - Two thin waffle cone-rolled cookies sandwiching a cannoli cream filling that's edged with mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

- New Chocolate Tiramisu Cake (Italy) - Vanilla cake layered with chocolate whipped frosting, topped with mascarpone whipped cream, and a dusting of cocoa powder.

- New Swedish Candy Cookie featuring Bubs (Sweden) - A marbled strawberry and vanilla cookie mixed with dehydrated strawberry, topped with a swirled strawberry and vanilla mousse, sour sugar, and a piece of Strawberry Vanilla Bubs candy.

- New Vanilla Chocolate Gelato Cookie (Italy) - A brown sugar cookie rolled in waffle cone streusel, topped with a vanilla gelato mousse with chocolate shavings, a drizzle of chocolate, and more waffle cone streusel.

- New Stroopwafel Sandwich Cookie (Netherlands) - Two thin, chewy, sugar-dipped cookies sandwiching a caramel filling.

For whatever reason, half the menu is inspired by Italian desserts, and, notably, the UK, Spain, and Germany aren't represented at all.
