Panera Assembles New Croissant Toast Sandwiches

As part of its spring menu, Panera welcomes new Croissant Toast Sandwiches, which, as you may have guessed from the name, are sandwiches made with croissant bread (sliced bread made from croissant dough).

Available for a limited time, Panera's Croissant Toast Sandwiches are available in two varieties:

- Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast - Black Forest ham, melted provolone and asiago cheeses, and a caramelized onion and gruyere spread, served on warm, buttery croissant toast.

- Fromage Croissant Toast - Melted provolone and American cheeses, caramelized onions, arugula, and garlic aioli, served on warm, buttery croissant toast.

Along with the new Crossant Toast Sandwiches, Panera's 2025 spring menu also adds two new items: the Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad and the Green Goddess Avo Toast. Returning items for the season include the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, Mexican Street Corn Chowder, and Frozen Strawberry Lemonade.

The new Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad features a bed of mixed greens and arugula tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, topped with grilled chicken, strawberries, fresh mozzarella, basil, and toasted pecan pieces. It's also available without chicken.

The new Green Goddess Avo Toast offers a toasted slice of Panera's Country Rustic Sourdough topped with chunk avocado spread, vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh arugula, feta, a drizzle of Green Goddess dressing, salt, and pepper.

The Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad takes a bed of romaine and lettuce blend tossed with poppyseed dressing and tops it with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and toasted pecan pieces. It's also available without chicken.

Panera's Mexican Street Corn Chowder features sweet corn, fire-roasted poblano peppers, russet potatoes, chile powder, lime juice, and cilantro in a creamy broth topped with blue corn tortilla strips.

A Frozen Strawberry Lemonade consists of an agave lemonade blend, a strawberry fruit blend, and fresh strawberries blended with ice.
