Available for a limited time at participating locations chain-wide through September 2, 2025, the new burger features a charbroiled beef patty smothered in warm queso and served with pepper jack cheese, house-made pico de gallo, and seasoned crunchy tortilla strips on a toasted bun.
The Queso Crunch Burger is featured in a combo meal alongside small fries and any frozen beverage or soft drink for $9.99.
Joining the new burger on the menu for a limited time this summer are the new Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and Frozen Blue Sourberry (frozen lemonade mixed with sour blue raspberry sugar crystals).
Carl's Jr. also adds two new deals for its My Rewards members:
- Through September 2, 2025, you can get a free side of queso with an in-app purchase.
- Through October 28, 2025, you can get a free frozen beverage with an in-app purchase.
