Taco Bell Adds New Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce for Its Crispy Chicken Burritos and Tacos

Taco Bell adds a new sauce option for its Crispy Chicken Burrito and Taco with the arrival of new Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce for a limited time nationwide. It's also featured on the new Sweet Chipotle BBQ Topped Fries.

The new sauce is smoky, sweet, tangy, and spicy, and made with smoky chipotle peppers, molasses, orange and lime juices, and spices. It replaces the Ranchero Sauce that was previously offered.

The Sweet Chipotle BBQ Crispy Chicken Taco consists of a Crispy Chicken Strip, purple cabbage, lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, Spicy Ranch, and Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce folded in a soft flour tortilla. It carries a suggested price of $2.79.

The Sweet Chipotle BBQ Crispy Chicken Burrito features two Crispy Chicken Strip, purple cabbage, lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, Spicy Ranch, and Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and grilled. The price of the burrito starts at $5.49.

Sweet Chipotle BBQ Topped Fries take a bed of seasoned fries and tops it with slow-roasted Cantina Chicken, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, pickled jalapenos, Spicy Ranch, and Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce. The suggested price for the topped fries is $4.99.

You can also add the new sauce to any menu item for an extra 30 cents or purchase a dipping cup of it for 60 cents.
