According to the ingredients, the new line includes soy protein isolate and bone broth for that extra protein.
Cup Noodles Protein is available in three flavors: Rich & Savory Beef, Rich & Savory Chicken, and Hot & Spicy Chicken.
As with standard Cup Noodles, you prepare Cup Noodles Protein by adding hot water and waiting for three minutes.
The new high-protein version of Cup Noodles can be found online (including at Amazon in a pack of six [affiliate disclosure - I may earn a commission if you buy something through this link]) and at select retailers nationwide, including Albertsons, Kroger, and Walmart, for a suggested price of $1.33 per cup.
Nissin also recently introduced three limited-time, chicken wing-inspired instant ramen flavors: Spicy Buffalo with Ranch, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Parmesan. The three flavors are available now exclusively at Walmart for $1.18 per cup.
