Einstein Bros Offers $8 Breakfast & Brew Deal

Einstein Bros Bagels is offering a limited-time deal where you can get a Build-Your-Own Egg Sandwich and a large hot or iced coffee for $8.

They're calling it the "$8 Breakfast & Brew."

The Build-Your-Own Egg Sandwich lets you choose from either the Pork Sausage & Cheese Egg Sandwich, the Turkey Sausage & Cheese Egg Sandwich, the Bacon & Cheese Egg Sandwich, the Ham & Cheese Egg Sandwich, or the Egg & Cheese Sandwich. Most of the sandwiches listed normally cost $8.49 at my local Einstein Bros here in Los Angeles (the exception being the Egg & Cheese, which is $7.79).

The base sandwich comes on a bagel of your choice (with an extra charge for select flavors), one egg (with an additional charge for two eggs or egg whites), and cheese (choose from Cheddar, American, or Swiss).

Cold brew and other beverages can be substituted for the brewed coffee, but will cost extra.
