Everyday Nacho Fries include Supreme Nacho Fries and Loaded Taco Nacho Fries. The test locations appear to be serving one or the other, but not both. Each is priced at $4.99.
Supreme Nacho Fries feature seasoned fries topped with seasoned beef, Spicy Ranch sauce, warm nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream, diced tomatoes, and a 3-cheese blend (mozzarella, pepper jack, and cheddar).
Loaded Taco Nacho Fries feature seasoned fries topped with seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, Spicy Ranch sauce, and crispy Fiesta Strips.
Loaded Taco Nacho Fries were previously released nationally as a limited-time item, while Supreme Nacho Fries are very similar to the limited-time Nacho Fries Supreme that accompanied the initial launch of Taco Bell's Nacho Fries. Given the "everyday" moniker, it looks like Taco Bell is exploring adding a topped Nacho Fries dish to its menu permanently.
