Applebee's Big Easy Menu includes:
- New Bayou Shrimp Bowl (pictured) - Blackened shrimp, Andouille sausage, Spanish rice, garlicky green beans, and sauteed bell peppers & onions with a side of creamy Cajun sauce.
- New Big Easy Burger - A beef patty with pepper jack cheese, grilled Andouille sausage, zesty citrus slaw, and spicy honey mustard on a brioche bun, served with classic fries.
- Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne (pictured) - Bourbon Street chicken, seared Andouille sausage slices, seasoned bell peppers, and onion in a Cajun Alfredo sauce over penne pasta.
The menu also includes regular menu items such as the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp Skillet, Bourbon Street Steak, and the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger.
In addition to the Big Easy Menu, Applebee's readies for St. Patrick's Day with a series of limited-time drinks, including:
- New $6 Emerald Escape - Jameson Irish Whiskey, Malibu Coconut Rum, melon liqueur, blue raspberry, pineapple juice, and lime served in a signature Mucho glass garnished with a gold sugar rim.
- New $6 Pricklycane - A fruity twist on a NOLA hurricane featuring Bacardi Superior Rum, premium lemon sour, prickly pear, orange, and pineapple juices. Like the Emerald Escape, it is served in a signature Mucho glass garnished with a gold sugar rim.
- New $4 Parade Punch Mocktail - A blend of pineapple, prickly pear, blue raspberry, premium lemon sour, and lemon lime soda, garnished with a gold sugar-dusted lemon wedge.
