New at White Castle: Garlic Parm Chicken Slider and Southwest Veggie Slider

White Castle has launched the new Garlic Parm Chicken Slider as a limited-time item for summer 2026. The chain has also brought back Garlic Cheese for a limited time and has added the new Southwest Veggie Slider as a permanent menu item.

White Castle's Garlic Parm Chicken Slider is available now through August 23, 2026, while supplies last, and features a crispy-fried breaded white-meat chicken patty, crispy-fried onions, and a creamy roasted garlic parm sauce (made with a blend of Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano cheeses) served on a steamed slider bun.

The pricing on the new slider starts at $2.59. It's also available in a $6.99 combo meal that includes two Garlic Parm Sliders, three Mozzarella Sticks, and a small soft drink.

Whitle Castle's Garlic Cheese can be added to any slider on the menu, while supplies last. The limited-time cheese is mixed with savory roasted garlic. 

The Southwest Veggie Slider features a crispy-fried Dr. Praeger's veggie patty made with a blend of six vegetables- sweet potatoes, black beans, corn, red bell peppers, onions, and carrots-and seasoned with smoky chipotle and sweet BBQ flavors. The patty is served on a slider bun with a slice of jalapeno cheese

Craver Nation Rewards members can get a free Garlic Parm Chicken Slider when they visit participating locations between June 15 and June 21, 2026. Additionally, Craver Nation Rewards members who purchase a Garlic Parm Chicken Slider through August 23, 2026, will receive three free Mozzarella Sticks.
