New Banana Blast Icee Arrives in Theaters

Slush drink brand Icee has launched a new Minions-inspired, limited-edition Banana Blast Icee flavor at several theater chains, including Regal Cinemas, Cinemark, Marcus Theatres, and "other select entertainment destinations" nationwide.

Timed ahead of the release of Illumination’s Minions & Monsters film (which launches on July 1, 2026), the new flavor is inspired by the Minions' favorite treat. It features an icy slush with "sweet banana flavor."

Joining in the fun, Sister brand Dippin' Dots has launched its Banana Split flavor at select movie theater locations this summer. Both Icee and Dippin’ Dots are owned by J&J Snack Foods (also known for Super Pretzels, Luigi's Italian Ice, and more).
