Starbucks Pours New Blue Coconut Drinks

Starbucks adds to its summer menu with the arrival of the new Blue Coconut Refresher and Iced Blue Coconut Matcha.

The Blue Coconut Refresher features coconut, strawberry, and açaí flavors hand-shaken with ice and blue spirulina (for a vibrant color). It is also available with lemonade (as the Blue Coconut Lemonade Refresher) or with coconut milk (as the Ocean Drink). As with all Refreshers, the caffeine level can be customized.

The Iced Blue Coconut Matcha - An iced matcha mixed with sweet mango flavors, topped with toasted coconut cold foam mixed with blue spirulina.

Through July 7, 2026, Starbucks will donate 25 cents to Water.org's Get Blue initiative for each Iced Blue Coconut Matcha and Blue Coconut Refresher purchased. The initiative helps support clean water access.
