Subway 2014 November Specials - New Simple $6 Menu

It looks like Subway is doing away with the Featured $5 Footlong altogether, at least for this month anyway.

All mention of $5 Footlongs have been removed from the Subway website, which suggests that there will no longer be any national $5 Footlongs (although I would guess a number of local franchisees will keep it around regionally).

McDonald's Mighty Angus with Jalapenos Arrives in Canada

While they might not offer the Angus Third Pounders here in the U.S. anymore, McDonald's still offers them in Canada, where they've taken to calling them the Mighty Angus line.

The latest addition to the line is the new Mighty Angus with Jalapenos, which pretty much a premium version of the Jalapeno Double.

The new donuts features a ring of flaky croissant glazed like a donut.

It normally costs $5.55 for a 16-oz Grande-size drink, but I got this one for $3 with a discount.

The Italian Original Chicken Sandwich Returns to Burger King

The Italian Original Chicken Sandwich is back for a limited time at Burger King.

The Italian version of Burger King's signature chicken sandwich replaces lettuce and mayo with melted mozzarella cheese and tangy marinara sauce to go with the long breaded chicken patty and long sesame bun.

To get in the spirit of Halloween, Starbucks is offering the new Franken Frappuccino through Halloween this Friday at participating locations.

The drink is basically a Green Tea Frappuccino with peppermint syrup, white mocha sauce, java chips, and mocha drizzle.
