They fry the shells fresh so they're still warm and a little bit greasy. For $1.50 you get a small but stuffed taco with unmarinated shredded beef, fresh, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and a blend of cheddar and monterey jack cheese. They have a red hot sauce which you'll probably want to use since the taco, while great on texture and freshness of ingredients, could use a little more bite or just plain salt on account of the unmarinated beef.

I see how it is. You get your own blog and you don't give me food anymore. *Sniffle.* :(
ReplyDeleteHaha, I'm pretty sure my mom gave you a chicken and your lemons came out of my backyard ;P Besides I was catching up with a friend at Pepe's.
ReplyDeleteI'd just like to say that there are two or more Pepe's out here in Las Vegas and I just absolutely love them! My favorite is the Al Pastor hard shell taco. Gotta love 'em!
