The fast-food chain took into account customer feedback that the previous nuggets were "rubbery," "dry," and "disappointing" in developing the new chicken nuggets. According to Burger King, the new nugget "delivers the quality, taste, and experience that [customers] have been asking for."
To pair with the new nuggets, Burger King will also revamp its dipping sauce lineup and add a new, limited-time Special Savory Sauce. The updated sauce lineup includes:
- New Special Savory Sauce - "Creamy, tangy and lightly spicy flavors with hints of BBQ seasoning, ketchup, garlic, onion and black pepper."
- Honey Mustard - "A richer, creamier take on our classic, made with mustard and honey for the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavor."
- Buffalo - "A classic cayenne pepper sauce with buttery richness, savory garlic notes, and just the right amount of heat."
- Sweet & Sour - "A brighter, more balanced take on the classic, blending sweet pineapple flavor with tangy notes and a savory finish."
