Einstein Bros.' Pull-Apart Bagels are segmented bagels that easily pull apart into bite-sized pieces. They're served warm and come in two varieties: Cinnamon Sugar (a bagel topped with cinnamon sugar) and Pumpkin Crunch (a pumpkin bagel topped with pumpkin crunch).
A Pull-Apart Bagel and shmear is $3.
Also new is Creme Brulee Coffee, which features the flavors of caramelized brown sugar and vanilla custard. You can get it as an iced coffee, cold brew, latte, or frozen drink.
Additionally, Pumpkin Bagels and Pumpkin Shmear are back for fall 2026.
