New at White Castle: Beer Cheese Sausage Slider and More

White Castle partners with another Ohio-based brand, Garage Beer, to launch a lineup of limited-time menu items featuring new Garage Beer Flavored Beer Cheese.

The cheese is made with Wisconsin aged cheddar and real Garage Beer and is featured in the following new items:

- Garage Beer Cheese Sausage Slider - A mini-smoked sausage link, Garage Beer Cheese, and caramelized onions, served on a slider bun.

- Pretzel Nibblers with Garage Beer Cheese - Deep-fried, soft and chewy pretzel bites served with warm Garage Beer Cheese sauce for dipping.

- Garage Beer Cheese Fries - Crinkle-cut fries topped with the warm Garage Beer Cheese.

In addition to being available individually, White Castle has put together a $6.99 combo meal that includes two Garage Beer Cheese Sausage Sliders, six Pretzel Nibblers with Garage Beer Cheese Sauce, and a small fountain drink.

White Castle's Garage Beer Cheese lineup is available at participating locations through November 1, 2026, while supplies last.
