Panda Express Tests New Buldak Dynamite Sweet & Sour Chicken

Panda Express partners with popular spicy instant noodle brand Buldak to test new Dynamite Sweet & Sour Chicken at participating locations in 10 select markets across the US.

The new dish features crispy-fried marinated chicken coated in a puffed rice batter, wok-tossed with red bell peppers, onions, and a custom-formulated Buldak sauce. Dynamite Sweet & Sour Chicken is Panda Express' spiciest menu item yet (if it's anything like Buldak instant noodles, it's too spicy for me).

It can be found at select locations in the following markets: New York, Chicago, Houston, San Diego, Phoenix (Prescott), Denver, Atlanta, Seattle-Tacoma, Washington D.C. (Hagerstown), and Orlando/Daytona Beach/Melbourne. You can find a list of locations serving the dish on the Panda Express website here.

The test runs through October 7, 2025, while supplies last.
