Similar to Olive Garden's breadsticks, Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits are a staple of its respective restaurant chain and they're known for bringing out all you can eat but no longer. You're now limited to just two Cheddar Bay Biscuits with each entree [for delivery/pick up].

[Updated 2/18/2020 - I stand corrected: you are only limited to two Cheddar Bay Biscuits when ordering online for delivery/pickup. The confusion was the entire on the menu of their website read that you get two Cheddar Bay Biscuits with each entree and I was found several anecdotal accounts to support that. I contacted Red Lobster and received the following response:

"Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits are in fact unlimited for our dine-in guests. Obviously, due to the nature of To Go and delivery orders, there is a limit to how many we include in the bag, which is two per entree with the option to add more to your order for a small fee.

This isn’t a new policy this has always been the case. The only difference has been to the formatting of our menu page, which may have led to confusion based on the text at the top of the page, which we are updating to be clear that the two biscuits per order is for To Go/Delivery only."]
