Gudetama is one of Sanrio's most popular characters and is basically an egg (the yolk and egg white parts) that is lazy. The collaboration makes sense since egg is a common add-in for a bowl of ramen.
In addition to the special packaging (which can be found on store shelves nationwide through April 2020, while supplies last), Nissin will be releasing Gudetama-inspired merchandise on their online Nissin Fan Store later this spring ("coming soon-ish" according to the frontpage of the store).
