In addition to the recently introduced Broth Bowls, Panera Bread has a number of things-- new, returning, and permanent-- that they're featuring this winter.

New KFC Double Down Dog Arrives in the Philippines

KFC's latest take on their infamous Double Down sandwich is the new, very limited-time Double Down Dog in the Philippines.

The Double Down Dog features a cheese-filled chicken hot dog nestled in a fried chicken hot dog "bun," topped with what appears to be mustard Update: confirmed: it's a honey mustard and relish dressing (some sites are reporting it as a cheese sauce but I haven't been able to find any info to corroborate that; it could be mustard, it could be cheese, it could be something else). It's basically ground chicken wrapped in fried chicken.

Stouffer's Morning Classics Southwest Style Scramble features scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, diced russet potatoes, tomatoes, and poblano peppers, in a cheddar cheese sauce.

New Pop-Tarts Filled with Peanut Butter & Jelly

Following up on peanut butter filled Pop-Tarts, the latest flavor of the toasty breakfast pastry is new Frosted PB&J Strawberry Pop-Tarts.

The new flavor comes with creamy peanut butter and a strawberry jelly-flavored filling inside and is topped with frosting and sprinkles on the outside.

Lipton Iced Tea Debuts New Carbonated Flavors

Lipton moves into soda territory with new Lipton Sparkling Iced Tea, a lightly carbonated version of their signature tea.

Conan Visits Taco Bell HQ and Creates the O'Taco; Also Tries the New Quesalupa

Conan O'Brien recently paid a vist to Taco Bell headquarters along with his show's head IT guy, Chris Hayes, who also just happens to be a Taco Bell superfan.

Besides his normal (or abnormal) hilarity, Conan stretches his fertile comic mind in Taco Bell's test kitchen and comes up with the La Cona, a burrito caddy for when you're driving and eating, and the Irish Taco AKA the O'Taco (I've also been in Taco Bell's test kitchen and came up with this).

Coming Soon: New Sweetos, Sweet Cheetos

If you're ever wanted the Cheetos puff texture but sweet rather than the signature cheesy savory, it looks like the folks at Frito-Lay were thinking of you when they came up with new Sweetos.

Like the name suggests, they're a sweet version of Cheetos and they're coming soon.

Review: Green Burrito - BBQ Brisket Nachos

Carl's. Jr.-Green Burrito's BBQ Brisket Nachos feature pieces of smoked beef brisket atop a bed of tortilla chips along with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese sauce, jalapenos, and sour cream.

KFC Offers New Moroccan Burger in New Zealand

KFC is offering a new Moroccan Burger as well as a new Moroccan Wrap over in New Zealand.

Collectively called the "Moroccan Range," each features "Original Recipe capsicum (bell peppers), spices, salsa, and two (grilled) Zinger tenders."

Applebee's Introduces New Health-Conscious "Pub Diet"

People don't normally tend to associate pub food with healthy, but that's the angle (perhaps ironically) that Applebee's is taking with their new Pub Diet menu.

Catering to research that showed that a majority of people looking for nutrition looked for things like protein and fiber, the new menu features pub-style dishes that come in at less than 600 calories and look to deliver a good amount of fiber and protein.
