Review: Arby's - Oreo Bites

Arby's Oreo Bites feature warm chocolate donut holes baked with Oreo wafer pieces, filled with Oreo creme, and dusted with "Oreo sugar blend."

I went and got an order of six for $2.59.

While warm, these were less like fried donut holes and more like warm bread bites with a texture more associated with dinner rolls.

Flavor-wise, the bread portion were chocolaty with just a slight bittersweet quality that did indeed make me think of Oreos. The Oreo sugar blend didn't do much to distinguish itself beyond a bit of gritty crunch from the sugar crystals.

The creme center tasted very much like vanilla Oreo creme but was rather watery and spilled rather than oozed.

Overall, Arby's Oreo Bites were just okay for me. They tasted like Oreos but left something to be desired as far as texture and feel goes.
